We’re celebrating the end of another wonderful year in Beavers with a day of play at camp. Throughout the day Beavers Scouts will enjoy many activities based on our theme of Wild Wild West. Full uniform is required.
What does the day look like?
Colonies will need to prepare a game, craft, story, song or other activity, keeping to the theme. Please keep them age appropriate. You will need to provide 2 Scouters to run your activity for the day, as well as enough Scouters to provide ratio for the Beavers moving between stations. We encourage you to reach out to your Scout, Venturer and Rover Scouts to participate in helping you with your station. Youth will move through each group participating in the activity provided and will have visited each activity by the end of the day. Day will run rain or shine, indoor and outdoor activities.
A Western theme lunch will be provided. If you have any food allergies or other requirements within your Colony please let us know so arrangements can be made. This will be a nut free event. Please do not bring any items that contain nuts. Bring a water bottle and appropriate gear for the weather. If you have a colony of more than 10 Beavers, you may be asked to bring out 2 Activity stations.
